My little fur loves

Join me on a little walk down memory lane......

It all started in October of 2007....I remember the day as clear as can be! Me and Dan were at Subway when my Mom called to let me know these two kittens needed a loving home.

I drove to my parents, picked up my 8 week old fur balls and drove back to Pittsburgh, once we arrived they made themselves right at home.

Almost a year later we added just one more to the crew....Welcome Edgar!

And here I am a year and 1/2 later with my three cats...who drive me crazy with their late night games. But I love them to death! No so much cute little kittens anymore but now they are (most of the time) sweet little adult cats.

So those are my three little fur children.

80 Hours in 7 Days

Let me start this off by stating that I LOVE MY JOB! But 80 hours in 7 days...I'm about to crash hard! The weather man says bad weather and I feel like a 10 year old praying for a snow day.

Why did I work 80 hours in 7 days? Great question. I worked that much all for a great reason. I hosted 2 events in 3 days, both of these events raised a lot of money for our animals. The only bad thing is I'm almost dead.

My Mom and Dad came out to support my events and I was so happy to have them. They had their 3 dogs, Molly (lab), Buddy (Westie), and Amber (Boxer Mix)....Molly was asked to leave b/c shes not a fan of other dogs, Buddy started to hump the big dogs in the room...who knew he had it in him, and well Amber thought it was the best night of her life.

Alley Up for Animal Friends was Sunday and lets just say my parents need to keep their day job...they are not cut out for bowling. They had a great time and I LOVED having them here with me.

So it was a BUSY BUSY week getting ready for all the fun to be had for Animal Friends!

The cats were vert happy to have the dogs but Stallzy misses her dog friends.
